Jennifer Perez (Assiniboine/Nakoda ) is a dedicated advocate for tribal and rural communities. She currently serves as a National Outreach Specialist and Tribal Liaison for the United States Department of Agriculture Farm Service Agency. With 25 years of experience working with tribal, state, and federal governments, she has earned multiple national awards for her contributions to agriculture.

Previously, Jennifer served as the State Director of Indian Affairs under Montana Governor Brian Schweitzer and worked as a news journalist. She is also a board member of the American Red Cross of Montana.

Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in Professional Journalism from the University of Montana. As a 4-H parent and leader, she is deeply involved in youth development while raising her two children.
