Founded in 2022, Western Native Voice, Inc. is a Montana-based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering Native communities and addressing issues that impact Indigenous people. As a 501(c)(4) organization, our mission is to nurture and elevate Native leadership, amplify Native voices, and advocate for policies that create positive change for Indigenous communities.
Through education, community organizing, leadership development, and advocacy, we work to improve equity and opportunity for Native people. Our efforts span all seven Montana Indian reservations and major urban centers, ensuring we serve both reservation and off-reservation populations. With nearly half of Montana’s Native population living in urban areas, we strive to connect communities with the resources, representation, and support they need to thrive.
