Important Dates to Remember
General Election Day: November 5, 2024
- Polls open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Smaller counties may open later, so check with your county election office for specific hours.
Early Voting: Begins October 7, 2024
- Visit your county election administrator’s office to cast an absentee ballot in person from October 7 through November 4.
Absentee Ballots Mailed: October 11, 2024
- Absentee ballots will be sent out to voters who have opted for mail-in voting.
Late Registration: Begins October 8, 2024
- Register or update your registration by contacting your county election office up until noon on November 4, and on Election Day until polls close at 8:00 PM.
Key Voter Information
- Voter Registration: Make sure your registration is up-to-date. You can register at your county election administrator’s office or verify your status online.
- Absentee Voting: If you prefer to vote by mail, request an absentee ballot. You can also opt to receive absentee ballots automatically for all future elections.
- On Election Day: Bring an acceptable form of ID that includes your name and current address to the polls.
